Free Ab Workout Routine + Tips To Obtaining Abs

By Evan Mitchell So you’re starting to notice the pants are a little tighter, or it’s getting harder to see your toes. Whatever the reason is, don’t sweat it. It’s NORMAL. I’m not writing this to make you feel guilty and cut all of your bad habits. On the contrary, I want to let you know it’s fine, and that there are little things throughout the day you can do to increase your overall health, and in turn, lose weight AND develop your mid section. The program we designed goes into more detail, but we know tips help, so we’ll sum it up for you throughout this article! So what’s the hardest part about working out…finding time? Keeping it interesting? Lack of knowledge? How do you keep it exciting? Well, first of all, you need to start by setting easy to achieve realistic goals. We all know why goals are important, but if you don’t have goals, you will stray from your original enthusiasm as time goes by. Part of the excitment comes from reaching your goals, so start safe. The other exciting part starts when you begin to see results. But we’ll get more challenging later on. Also, when you get into a routine, you feel better every time you do your exercises (and they’ll get easier and easier)…It’s really quite addicting….And in some cases it helps with our everyday aches and pains. (ie: if you have trouble sleeping, exercise will likely help you sleep better.) Most people are under the impression, to get any type of ab workout, you need to be lying on your back, right? WRONG! You can contract your abs and do standing crunches (and sideway oblique crunches) any place, and if you combine this with activities you do throughout the day (walking up and down stairs, carrying groceries, while your are the computer) you will actually be able to develop ab muscles anytime. Ok maybe it isn’t as effective as concentrated ab exercises, but it helps big time. It will also compliment the ab exercises you already do (or are going to start!). We have a start, lets move on! The ‘Big 3′ in ab exercise. Time to start reinforcing what you already know into your brain. If you want to get in shape, you need to do all of these. Number 1 – DIET Number 2 – CARDIO Number 3 – AB SCULPTING Believe it or not, the order of these is the biggest part when having a beautiful stomach. So for the first step on your routine…Learn to eat better! The pounds will melt off once you start eating right. The second step: manage cardio at least 3x into your week. Since you will be losing/maintaining weight after you change your diet, you will amplify the process by increasing your heart rat and burning fat off of your tissues! Which will result in seeing your abs quicker. And the last step which you can alternate with your cardio days is: Ab sculpting. The term should be self-explanatory so lets get on to the exercises! **Please understand these are my opinions on effective exercises. I’ve read some great articles and some low quality materials on the internet, and out of everything, I’ve found these to be best. Bicycle kick – Lay on your back and alternately touch your elbows to your opposite knee. I’m not going to go into too much details as you all should know what this looks like (If not, email us), but these are extremely effective for your entire stomach, and have been voted the most effective stomach exercise you can do (Whether that sentence is true is fictional, but I HAVE heard that, and I believe it!) V-Sits – Lay on your back with your hands overstretched above your head, and with your butt on the floor and your upper and lower body relatively straight, you contract your abs and touch your toes so your body looks like a V from the side. In sets of 10-15, these are incredibly effective, but also quite difficult. Do it with bent legs when starting off. Reverse crunches – These are great for your abs. You lay on your back, and in a nutshell, have your feet/legs up reaching for the ceiling…Your goal is to get your butt/lower back off the ground, then lower it back down. You can have your arms stretch down your sides to give you stability. These are three of the more effective exercises I recommend, and the great thing about them is they can be done anywhere. Get creative with your exercises, remember that your muslces love change, so alternate these with other well known ab exercises, and I guarantee once you see the slightest results, you will want to continue down the same path. Video Calling Is On The Way, Are You Ready For It?

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Dhruba_M]Dhruba M Video calling is on the way in USA. Cingular is planning to launch video calling service this year. I am sure other providers will not be far behind. But are you well equipped for that? Is your mobile phone has all minimum requirement what video calling need? First of all let us take a quick look at what video calling is? In short it can be describe as a service that allows wireless phone users to see each other in the mobile phone screen while talking. The service allows users to send a live video stream to a recipient during a standard voice call. Beginning with a normal phone call, customers can hit one button to add a live video stream, allowing the called party to see caller while they’re talking. The service also allows customers to switch the direction of the video stream during the same phone call. Currently mobile service providers in USA mostly using 2G network. The 2G (second-generation) networks of the 1990s handle voice, caller ID, and text messaging, but the data transfer rate is not capable of transmitting video. The more recent 2.5G networks are faster, but their speeds of 30 to 90Kbps arent quick enough to support full-motion, real-time video. For video calling 3G network is the solution, with transmission speeds ranging from 144Kbps to 2.4Mbps, 3G is nearly as fast as high-speed cable modems. While service provider going to use 3G network to transfer data, your mobile also should be compatible with 3G. You should have 3G mobile phone which is HSDPA(High-speed Downlink packet access) enabled. Also your phone should have a front and back camera. The back camera shoots photos and videos, and the front camera focuses on the user to transmit the users image to the recipient. Pretty interesting huh!!!! But if you dont have 3G mobile now, dont worry, your current mobile is good enough until video calling is supported by service provider. But if you are planning to change your current mobile phone, may be you should think about buying a 3G one. The Food of Life

By Steven D. James Have you ever looked on the side of a packet of crisps or indeed any type of food? Well here in the UK each pack lists the content in terms of fat, carbohydrate, proteins and various salts. Nothing too incredible there until you consider that these lifeless substances are taken into our body on a daily basis and, together with a good helping of water, are used to maintain our structure. They are arranged into a pattern – the pattern of a human being. This is a dynamic pattern that is ever changing and yet very strictly defined. This is a pattern which has emerged over unimaginable periods of time from other durable but yet changing patterns – the creatures of a younger world. The dynamic patterns characteristic of life are made of lifeless substances and through these patterns flow intangible and invisible energies. Electricity courses through our bodies and we are bathed in magnetic fields. Somehow the combination of the lifeless and invisible combine to form the glory that is a living body. But what sets us apart from a packet of crisps, a pile of chemicals and electric circuit? The spark that turned the lifeless to the living on a primitive plant Earth is mysterious and tantalising and scientists can at present only speculate on this wonderful event. There is however something that differentiates the living from the lifeless and whether scientist or preacher, we should all agree it is in itself glorious and currently beyond our grasp. So next time you look at the label on your favourite snack, be reminded that life is wonderful, special and mysterious. The author has worked in academia and the biotech industry for over 20 years. He is a contributor to Natural Insight writing articles on our natural history and the human condition. Mum Beds Son’s Mate?

By Ted Burgess The headline above appeared in one of my national papers. It centres upon a 41-year-old US mother having sex with a 15-year-old male and, a 32-year-old female teacher engaging in the same with six of her male students. The following is a comment quote from some law enforcement officer “”It’s a wild one, like a Desperate Housewife – this seems like a new troubling phenomena we’re seeing across the country” While I don’t want to be seen as condoning the above actions, let’s face it, such relationships have occurred for years and in this day and age the very idea and inspirations for such actions are highlighted through films and television programs. In “Desperate Housewives” for example a certain attractive young housewife was forever in the sack with her young teenage neighbour cum gardener. Hey! Lets be fair, such examples must certainly be a temptation to the mind to take action. What about the young fellows involved? Lets be frank about it, millions of young pubescence males sit glued to their televisions lusting over the bodies of female entertainment celebrities many of whom are in the very age group (40′s). Take a look at the beauties in “Sex In The City” and Hey Man! How many young teenage males wouldn’t fancy a bed game with one of them. Pubescent males have always lusted after older women; I know I did years back. In this day and age however, when you look at the abundance healthy, fit, swishy looking older women, see them in micro and see-through bikinis and in many cases nude on the beach there is no way the young male can control his glands. Sorry, but the average 15 year old male of today is not the naive and un-knowledgeable youth of my day. He has been bought on television, playboy, hustler and porn movies. Films in my day were based on romance and courting the lady with respect while the films today are more like “Karma Sutra” visual instruction manuals. Today, the average 15 year old male has witnessed every nook and cranny of the female form and, having learnt what to do with it, it’s only natural he wants to do it. Of course he has little idea how to treat the lady socially only on how to bed her. Lucky little sods. Now what about the women in this scenario? Her reward for a passionate involvement that reached her point of uncontrollable sexual arousal is a crippling fine or worse -jail term. In contrast I might ask, what about the tens of thousands, if not millions of men, who daily throughout the world have sex with young girls of age 15 or less, be they prostitutes or what ever. The only answer is to ban sex altogether. Oh my God! What a thought. Opinions of an observant older man. What Is The I Ching And What Did Carl Jung See In It?

By Ron Masa, Ph.D. What is the I Ching? Half a century ago, Carl Jung introduced this amazing Chinese oracle to the West. It is a book that invites you to ask any question whatsoever and then applies the specific ancient wisdom that is a targeted answer to your question. You can ask anything you sincerely care about and test the answers to your heart’s content. Many people ask for guidance about health concerns or relationship decisions, business choices, purchases, and more. It is especially valuable as a guide to growth and self awareness. If you want to learn more about what matters to your soul or how you can best approach a personal problem, the I Ching is a powerful and trustworthy guide. You can explore any aspect of life that you find difficult or wish to understand more deeply. This unique book enables you to receive a wise and direct answer to any question, in writing. Dr. Jung believed the I Ching gave voice to the deep wisdom of the unconscious by expressing the archetypal situation relevant to our question. Some say the I Ching is a brilliant psychological tool for self-development; other see a spiritual method that gives our soul a voice so it can speak to us directly. Use whatever language makes sense to you. The good news is that the answers we get from the I Ching are those we would eventually arrive at if we could spend enough time in reflection or meditation. We often return from a vacation with new insights about our lives and a refreshed perspective on what matters. Now you can access that same inner clarity and sense of perspective without spending weeks in retreat; this is ideal in our fast-paced society. Since the I Ching magnifies our own inner truth, each reading is a little like a computer printout from the soul. The I Ching method originated in ancient China and has survived for nearly 3,000 years in active use by millions of people. The key to this form of guidance is that it mirrors our own inner wisdom. The thing that impressed Jung is how profoundly well it works. Millions of other users are also convinced. In addition to helping us grow and solve problems, this book helps with real world decisions. In fact, this ancient book is more current than this morning’s weather report as it helps us anticipate the relevant forces that will influence our lives. Jung put it this way: “I am concerned only with the astonishing fact that the hidden qualities of the moment become legible in the hexagram.” This is a book that can actually help us to get what we want in life–while it challenges us to give our very best. My decades of personal experience and professional use of the Book of Changes have convinced me that it absolutely does work. The best news is that you needn’t take my word for it. You can test this method in your own life and draw your own conclusions. If you find a fraction of the value I do as I use it each day, you will hang onto this book for a lifetime. A powerful tool for personal growth and self discovery, the I Ching is used by many modern therapists, like psychiatrist Jean Shinoda Bolen who wrote the excellent books on gods and goddesses in men and women. I taught and employed the I Ching in my own psychotherapy practice for decades. My training and experience provided one kind of knowledge and the I Ching added to that a spiritual depth individualized for each person. Jung wrote in the introduction to the Wilhelm translation of the I Ching: “This book embodies, as perhaps no other, the living spirit of Chinese civilization for the best minds of China have collaborated on it and contributed to it for thousands of years. Despite its fabulous age it has never grown old, but still lives and works, at least for those who seek to understand its meaning.” Learn to use the I Ching with Dr. Masa’s acclaimed “Introduction to the I Ching” now available for instant download in ebook and mp3 audio formats. Hear and read sample content at: http://www.UniversityofYourself.com/IChing_aud_samples_a.html Ron Masa, Ph.D. used the I Ching extensively while in private practice for 25 years. Dr Masa does telephone readings and co-teaches the “Whole I Ching Seminar” for group phone readings with Debbie Hart. They co-lead the University of Yourself (http://www.UniversityofYourself.com), an online resource for accessing the wisdom within every person: “Helping You Hear the Guide Inside” Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Ron_Masa,_Ph.D. http://EzineArticles.com/?What-Is-The-I-Ching-And-What-Did-Carl-Jung-See-In-It?&id=345946 no money down construction loans hard money real estate loans no credit money loans high risk personal loans instant approval

How to Improve Your Work Situation

By Bill Dueease buWhy are so many people unhappy in their work situation? Why do people, who are successful at one career, have such difficult times coping with their new career? These problems frequently occur, because conflicts exist in their work relationships. Relationships between you and your work can also be considered the “games of work.” Games have basic rules to play, which require specific skills to succeed at playing. People win at the games they play when they achieve the game objectives and by operating within the rules of the game better than others. The “games of work” also have objectives and basic rules that must be followed to succeed. There are many different sports games and the objectives and rules are different for each game, sometimes dramatically so. There are three fundamental “games of work” that define the different relationships people have with their work. Yet, very few people who participate in the “games of work” understand the objectives, the rules, or even the game they are playing. Consequently, if they blindly operate under different rules, methods, and purposes than the conditions their work relationship (game) requires, they are bound to create conflicts. These conflicts result in serious stress and very poor success rates. For example, if a fully uniformed football player clamors onto a tennis court and operates under football rules with football skills by trying to tackle his opponents, he will create considerable conflicts and will undoubtedly fail at the game of tennis. The first step to succeeding at the “games of work” is to understand the objectives and rules of each game. The second step is to determine which game of work you are currently playing. The next step is to either adjust your work purposes and behaviors to suit the game you are playing or switch to the game you are best suited. Rules to Follow to Succeed at each Game of Work Lets discover the rules that must be followed to succeed at each Game of Work. They are strikingly different. 1. Bureaucracy: Virtually all government and most corporate work relationships fall under this game of work. The rules of the bureaucracy game that participants must follow to succeed are as follows: A. Do what it takes to protect or expand their positions. B. Divert responsibility, and take credit for desirable results of others whenever possible; C. Attend to the wishes and desires of those who make decisions about promotions, salaries, and work positions first and foremost, even if it means placing the success of the organization a distant second. D. Recognize how little, if any, control they have over what their jobs will be and that they have little, if any job security. E. Recognize that they are compensated for basically showing up. 2. Partial Entrepreneurship: Commissioned salesmen, multilevel marketing members, franchisees, most professional sports players, and real estate agents operate within the game of Partial Entrepreneurship. The rules of the game that partial entrepreneurs must follow to succeed are as follows: A. Take responsibility for work performed and the results achieved in their specialized fields of work, but not for the total business, even though they frequently work within the umbrella of a larger organization. B. Focus their energies on performing in their chosen fields and much less on the wishes of any possible superiors, or to extracting favors from subordinates. C. They are compensated based upon the quality and quantity of the results they produce within their chosen areas of responsibility. D. They have more control over what their jobs will be and they have much more job security. 3. Business Ownership: Anyone who has controlling interest (and many times non controlling interest) in a business plays by this “game of work.” The rules of the game that business owners must follow to succeed are as follows: A. Take full responsibility for their work performance and the success of their business. B. Learn to pass on as much credit as possible. C. Focus their energies first and almost exclusively on the success of the business D. They have full control over what their jobs will be and virtually total control over their own job security (whether they know it or not). E. They have no one in the organization to take orders from or to indulge, and they do not extract personal favors from subordinates that hinder the success of the business. F. They are in essence, compensated only from the profits of the business. Conclusion Once the above rules are understood, it becomes easy to recognize how important it is to play by the rules of the “game of work” you are participating in to succeed. For example, you will clearly struggle if you play by the rules of a bureaucracy, when you are operating as a business owner. The conditions and rules of each of the three “games of work” do not change. Either you change to match the game, you are playing or you find and play in the “game of work” that best suits you. Michael Jordan, one of the best basketball players of all time, could not translate his huge basketball knowledge and skills into a successful baseball career. He proved that the knowledge and skills needed to succeed at the game of baseball are much different from those needed to succeed at the game of basketball. Yet, he thought he could easily master baseball, because he had been so good at basketball. And when he returned to basketball, he had to work extra hard to re-sharpen his basketball skills to his previous levels. Likewise, the knowledge and skills needed to be a successful Bureaucrat, Partial Entrepreneur, or Business Owner, are much different from each other. Greenhouse Windows

By Jason Gluckman Selecting the right window for you greenhouse is very important as they play a huge role in energy management. If the right material is not chosen or if the window is not constructed properly, all your efforts in constructing and maintaining a greenhouse will be a complete waste. Gaps between the frames will not only let the heat out but will also let in cold winter air that will kill your plants. It is therefore imperative that you fit the windows with utmost care to optimize resources and maintain a comfortable environment for your plants. Greenhouse windows come as part of a kit or piecemeal. The ones the come as a kit might also come with a larger kit including the support structures and other structures necessary for constructing a greehouse. They may even be supplied by a greenhouse construction company, in which case you should consult with the company before choosing a model and locking yourself into a deal in which the windows may or may not be up to your satisfaction. Greenhouse windows that come piecemeal are for those who wish to customize or build their own greenhouse, or for those who need to replace an individual window that has broken or otherwise ceased to perform. Be sure that the manufacturer specifications match the measurements of the fittings in which you will have the windows installed. A proper fit is key. Price ranges vary according to the model. Rarer designs will of course bring a higher price tag, according to the law of supply and demand. FOSAMAX And Its Consequences

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Alan_Horwitz] Alan Horwitz As much as we would like to believe that medications are always safe, unfortunately that is not the case. And while many drugs and medications do have outstanding results, there are several that hurt more than they help. Take for example, the drug called Fosamax. Initially, the drug was approved for those suffering with Osteoporosis, the condition characterized by a decrease in bone mass and density, causing bones to become fragile. But instead of being an effective healing agent, the widely used Fosamax drug has had an adverse effect on many who have taken it. The connection of Fosamax to widespread necrosis began to surface when about five years ago, oral surgeons and dentists began noticing a connection between jaw decay and taking the drug Fosamax. At first the dentists thought the drug was only a risk to cancer patients. But in the last two years, several oral surgeons have become convinced that oral biphosphonates such as Fosamax can also cause jawbone death for others when taken over a long period of time. As one case in point, a 61-year-old former aircraft maintenance officer had taken Fosamax for a year and although the drug appeared to have alleviated the osteoporosis in his hips, he is certain it was the drug that caused him to land in the emergency room. His jaw swelled to the point of his no longer being able to eat and within three days, all of his teeth were removed and a part of his jaw shaved away to remove dead bone. The drug maker of Fosamax, Merck, is already facing over 10,000 lawsuits related to another drug called Vioxx, and is now facing additional problems linked to the long-term use of Fosamax. Merck, the number two U.S. drug maker will be appearing in a federal court suit presented by a 60 year old woman who blames the necrosis that rotted her mouth and exposed bone in her jaw on the drug treatment Fosamax. She took the drug for six years and accuses Merck of withholding information about the drug’s health risks, which include jaw pain, swelling, numbness, loose teeth, gum infection and slow healing after injury or surgery involving the gums. The following information has been reported related to Fosamax: Fosamax causes a rare disease called osteonecrosis of the jaw, (ONJ)New cases are cropping up each day where a patient’s jawbone rots and dies The American Association of Endondontists issued a statement recommending that dental surgeons should check on whether patients take Fosamax prior to working on their teethThose taking Fosamax should be considered at risk for ONJThe Food and Drug Administration has ordered the makers of bisphosphonates to list ONJ in its precautions on package inserts. A recent medical article revealed that as many as 38% of patients on bisphosphonates therapy have necrosis of the maxilla, the major bone of the upper jaw. Furthermore, a number of other side effects and symptoms can occur when using Fosamax, which include: Severe digestive reactions including nausea, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhea, and muscle crampsInflammation, irritation or ulceration of the esophagusChest Pain, heartburn or difficulty swallowingBlood clotting disordersAnemiaDental problemsNumbness, tight muscles in the face as well as seizuresIrritability and unusual thoughts or behaviors Adding to the already long list of reactions to the drug, one must also stay upright for at least 30 minutes after taking the medication or severe reactions can occur. Moreover, any antacids, supplements or medicines that contain aluminum, calcium, magnesium or other minerals can interfere with how the body absorbs Fosamax. The medication may also be harmful to an unborn baby and therefore should not be used by pregnant women. Today, dentists are being advised to refrain from using any invasive procedures for patients taking Fosamax because once the necrosis starts, it is very difficult to treat and is not reversible. For anyone taking Fosamax, it would be in their best interest to pay careful attention to any unusual reactions especially for those who have developed complications such as severe bone, joint, and/or muscle pain, heartburn, difficulty or painful swallowing or chest pain. If any of these symptoms occur, individuals should contact a doctor immediately. A person experiencing any of these symptoms or reactions may very well have important legal rights regarding the use of this drug. Defrazzle Your Weight Loss

By Darlene Hull The only time to eat diet food is while youre waiting for the steak to cook Julia Child I hate dieting. It doesnt matter what diet I follow, I gain weight. Its so frustrating! If I do find one that works, I usually find that right about the time Im getting used to the diet, my life ends up creating situations where I need to be eating out a lot, or spending time with friends and food. ARGH! Ive stopped dieting now. Im just working on healthy lifestyle habits that I can work with anywhere, at any time and that allow for life to happen, so I dont need to panic. Now, believe me, Im no expert, so check with your doctor before you follow ANY of my advice Im just a fellow mom, trying to get back into pre-baby clothes! I have found some things to be consistent in the myriad of ever-changing diet/health rules, and Id like to share them with you here. So ladies, if you want to lose those extra 10 pounds (or more) that just refuse to disappear, here are some tips that are finally working for me: Pick Your Time Weight loss involves very personal issues for most people, and is closely related to their self esteem. It is crucial that you attempt to lose 10 pounds at the appropriate time – at a time where you otherwise feel good and satisfied with your life. If you try and lose 10 pounds during a period of time in your life where you have a lot of stress or other distracting things going on, you drastically increase your chances of failure, which will only make things worse. Do It With Friends A great and fun way to help you stick with your plan is to undertake your project of losing 10 pounds with a friend. Not only will you be able to provide support for each other and track each other’s progress, but you’ll be able to engage in fun exercise activities together. Make Your Plan Realistic It’s important that you set achievable goals for yourself. For example, with just some basic changes in your lifestyle and eating habits, you can lose 1 pound a week. There’s no need to be in a huge rush to lose weight, and trying to lose weight quickly often requires a regimen that is difficult to keep up. For most people, it is healthier to lose weight slowly than with drastic dietary changes. Exercise in the Morning on an Empty Stomach There are two main reasons why you can more easily lose 10 pounds by exercising in the morning. The first has to do with the fact that it is much easier to build into your daily routine. One of the keys to losing weight by exercise is to do it regularly, which many people find difficult: it’s always hard to find time. So a great reason for exercising in the morning is that you’ll have very little distraction. In many ways, you are literally “making time” for the exercise by starting your day earlier. The second reason is that if you exercise in the morning on an empty stomach, you’re burning energy at a time when your body’s carbohydrate levels are the lowest, and therefore more fat will be burned with the same amount of exercise. There have been studies that suggest over 250% more fat is burned when you exercise in this state. Balance Your Diet Try as much as possible to balance your diet. This doesn’t mean that you have to starve yourself — rather make a point of getting no more the 30% of your calories from fat. Eat more fruits and vegetables and try to add as much variety to your diet as possible. Try new things, and new meal ideas. A great rule of thumb is to take a 9 plate and divide it into quarters. One quarter is starch/carbohydrate (potatoes, pasta, rice), one quarter is protein (meat, beans, tofu) and half is vegetables. Keep Track Of Your Progress The problem with dieting for many people, especially in the early stages, is that even if the diet is working they can’t see any results. It’s hard to really notice if you lose 1 pound. For this reason it’s important that your track your progress, so you can have a good sense of the accomplishments you’ve made. Dont just track pounds, make sure you are also tracking inches by keeping track of the measurements of the main body areas: bust, waist, hips, thighs, calves, and even your upper arm. Incorporate Exercise into your Daily Routine Another good idea is to try and get some exercise while you’re at work. Think how often you end up staying in your office on your lunch break. Instead, why not take a walk? It may not seem like much, but if you did that every day, you’d be walking 5 hours a week, which is a pretty great start towards getting some more exercise. On the weekends and in the evenings, take up a sport or an active hobby like hiking. The key is to find ways that you can get exercise while also doing things you enjoy. You can lose 10 pounds fairly quickly by starting a serious exercise regimen, of course, but that’s not necessarily the best way to do it. If you make your exercise like work, it’ll start to feel like work, and it will become tempting to put it off and avoid it. If you incorporate exercise into your daily routine, however, it won’t seem like work at all – it will be fun. And the best part of all is that the more you exercise the more energy you’ll have: instead of being tired when you come home from work, you’ll feel like doing something active. Before you know it that 10 pounds you lost might become 20. So, there you have it! Try implementing one tip a week and making a habit out of it. Youll drop those pounds in no time! Tipping the scales in your favour! P.S. Want more weight loss ideas and a community to share frustrations and triumphs?
